CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you cancel your order before we dispatch it, we will refund all sums you have paid to us for that order (including delivery charges) within 7 days of you telling us you want to cancel the order.
If you wish to return an item you must send it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please return your item(s) to The Little Princess Trust, The Hannah Tarplee Building, 22-25 Berrington Street, Hereford HR4 0BJ and please include the packing slip (without the packing slip we may not be able to identify your return or issue a refund). When we receive your return we will reimburse you for the returned item(s) at the original purchase price, plus the delivery charge of the order, plus the cost to you for returning the item(s). We will refund the card used to place the original order within 7 days of receiving your return.

The delivery charge for your order will be £3.95, to a UK destination. If you would like your order to be delivered to somewhere other than the UK, please click here to email us so we can advise you of the cost. Delivery to the UK is free on orders totalling £50 and over. All orders are normally dispatched same day if ordered before 3pm, mostly via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Umbrellas are dispatched via a courier on a next-day basis and a signature will be required on delivery. A tracking number will be available if you would like to track your delivery via courier.
